2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the website, or otherwise when you contact us.

• Payment Data: Data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases (processed securely by our payment gateway).
• Social Media Data: We may collect data from your connected social media accounts (like Instagram) solely for the purpose of providing our services (visual planning and automation).

We use personal information collected via our website for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To send administrative information to you.
• To fulfill and manage your orders.
• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.

4. Instagram Comments and Story Replies

When a Social Grid user connects an Instagram Business or Creator account and turns on automatic replies, we receive, through Meta's official Instagram API, the comments left on posts we published for that user and the replies sent to Stories we published for them. This section applies to you even if you do not have a Social Grid account.

• What we store: the identifier Meta assigns to the person who commented or replied, the text of the comment or Story reply, and whether we sent them an automatic message, the identifier of any button they tapped, with timestamps.
• Why: we check the text against keywords chosen by the account owner and, if it matches, send that person the private message the account owner wrote. Each person receives at most one message per Story.
• Follow check: when the account owner sends the message only to followers, we ask Instagram whether you follow the account at the moment you reply or tap the button. We use the answer only to choose which message to send, and we do not store the answer itself, only which message we sent.
• Other direct messages sent to the connected account are discarded without being stored.
• We do not use this data for advertising or profiling, we do not sell it, and we share it only with Meta, as needed to send the reply.
• We keep these records while the account owner uses Social Grid, so that nobody receives the same message twice. To have yours deleted, email hello@socialgrid.pro with your Instagram username and the post or Story you interacted with.

5. Sharing Your Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you.
